I was just bored and played a tourney on bovada

I've looked around a lot for jobs, mainly within BIKING distance b/c I'm letting my gf use the car for HER job b/c she found one the 2nd day we got here. She's taking care of this funny woman with alzheimers at her house.

I have had 2 interviews with a retirement community called "Las Ventanas" right next to Red Rock casino. I'd be cooking dinner daily for 150-200 old people who pay OUT THE ASS to live in the community. Legit cooking.

It takes 20 days to complete the whole process which is a joke but will be a good job when/if it comes to be. Solid, consistent, 40 hrs, $14 per hour.

Well there were delays in hiring and I was concerned about drug testing but I got the word today and will be working 40 hrs / wk @ $14/hr with at least 10 hrs overtime at $21/hr.

I am very pumped and will be spending every other second possible in a card room soon. Time to get drunk.

Retirement community or assisted living/senior living? My dad is in the business here in the valley. PM me the name of the place if you're cool with that and I'll see if you happen to work in a place he's affiliated with, might get you an in with the big boss, you never know what can happen. That's a great industry and there's some really good paying easy jobs in the field as well.

Quick update for anyone still tuned in:

I started playing thanksgiving week. Didn't play until I felt it was right.

These are my session totals. Each number is a session at 1/2

75
550
377
-500
115
349
149
87
508

Opponents have been surprisingly terrible. I have played fairly TAG and x/raised repeatedly. It can't be this easy, right?

Probably easier. Now, switch to 1/2 PLO and start stacking maney

Where I've been playing, I'm the only name I've EVER seen on the 1/2 Plo list.

I don't get it. Where are some tasty 1-2 plo games?

Those sessions I posted, btw, were all between 1-4 hrs. I've yet to sit there all sat night or whatever.

Good stuff. With a losing session here or there your results should remain fairly consistent.

I can't sit more than 4 hours except for some exceptions. It's just not in my personality(fairly severe ADD) so don't feel bad about that

Nice update, Sloth. Seems like you're running well. I haven't seen 1/2 PLO really at all, but Aria has 1/3 PLO everyday. Fun game, if you're into that kinda thing.

So your one of those hit and run regs that lock it up soon after raking the odd pot?
