I dusted off almost two racks playing 20 my first night but since I've been split between 4 and 9, 4 so I can play w wife

But I LOVE the 9/18. Perfect mix of tight ****ty locals and tourists.

Did you ever play the Venetian 8/16? How does the 9/18 compare?

9/18 is fun because I can make rules like "raise without looking if it's folded to me, or one limper, and I'm in the HJ or later position"

No. I logged many many hours in the 15/30 at Wynn though and it super reminds me of that game. Basically horrible locals and tourists.

Never played 8/16 9/18.

We go by 5s 10s and 20s on the East Coast. I've played hours and hours at the old Foxwoods 5-10 with a Kill, at night 95 percent of pots are killed so it is then 10-20 which played bigger than the 10-20 playing at the next table over.

20-40 at Foxwoods on the weekend was an amazing game as well. They still run 20-40 but it isn't like it used to be. The 5-10 Kill is gone and the 10-20 runs only occasionally.

I would love to see some limit games on the East Coast but when they do run there is 1 table in the place with a bunch of rocks and 1 maybe 2 tourists.

Of course I am talking about respectable limits as 2-4 and 3-6 run constantly.

Good to know about the venetian. It's not 2007 anymore and the wynn doesn't have a 15/30 . Sad because I loved that game more than any other poker game. It was perfection.
