I have a buddy coming into town that wants to go out and watch the fight somewhere that's not crazy expensive. I saw that MGM properties are having a closed circuit but not looking to pay $150/ticket that doesn't include anything. Anybody know of any local bars or restaurants that just have a minimum food/drink that's not ridiculous?

Another option is going to a strip club. Sophia's (not sure if any good since I've never been to this one) is doing $100 for the fight, $30 towards drinks, and a "premium" (whatever that means) buffet.

I wouldn't really eat a buffet at a strip club and I have no idea if $30 will get you more than a drink or two but that might be an option. I'm sure other strip clubs are doing similar deals.

CCTV locations at MGM properties on the strip are all $150 + tax and fees.
Some restaurants are showing it on the strip for $300 (meals included).
There's an Irish restaurant in downtown (7th and Carson) showing it for $100 (no food included).

Off strip, you got:
Ale House in Henderson ($50 cover)
Twin Peaks Henderson ($30 cover, standing room only tickets left)
Summerlin D&B ($60 includes food and drink)

I think I will go to Park Theater at Monte Carlo for the $168 including taxes and fees. It's reserved seating rather than general admission (which is at most of the other MGM locations) and I've heard it's a nice venue.

It's being shown in my local Cinemark theater for 40 bucks. That's going to be a lot better than a lot of "viewing parties" where they just fill a ballroom with convention chairs and a few 60 inch tv's and you sit ***holes to elbows with the people next to you and can't see squat because the guy's head in front blocks the view.

AMC theatres have it for $40 too. In my area, there are lots of sports bars showing it for $10-$30 and at least two show it for free. Not sure if Buffalo Wild Wings charges admission for this one, but based on past experience with UFC cards, you can just show up an hour in advance and stay for free.

I ate at this brothel outside of Vegas twice and the food (served at the bar) was excellent.
Not sure about the buffet aspect but I bet the food there will be really good.

Seems like an interesting decision... theyd easily make it minimum spend of 150-200 per person.. Most places charging 100+ for **** all

I have to say the Monte Carlo Park Theatre was perfect for viewing the PPV.
Great seats, excellent screens and sound, and the atmosphere was almost like being at the real deal.
