20 guys, Bachelor Party April 12-14...where to stay??? 20 guys, Bachelor Party April 12-14...where to stay???

-We have 20 guys going to a bachelor party in Vegas the 12-14
-The best man threw out the idea of getting a party house close to the strip for the 3 days
-The bachelor seems to be leaning toward wanting to do a suite at the Bellagio/Caesars/Wynn...nice casino on strip basically
-Best man is trying to keep costs at around $100-$150 a head.

-What are the best options for a suite on the strip to house 20 guys(ages 24-34)?
-Has anyone used party buses in lieu of cabs and is this cost effective?
-Has anyone done both a party house and a large suite in Vegas for a large bachelor party and can offer the pros and cons of each???

Thanks for any advice/suggestions.

Have to imagine a house would cheaper/better for that many people. Anything at B/CP/W is going to be expensive as f#ck after all said and done. I'd suggest the Hard Rock or the Palms. Have fun.

I don't know where you would find a suite on the strip big enough to sleep 20 people for that kind of budget, I would suggest a party house too but then you will all need transportation to and from the strip. Might be a little bit of a challenge to find a party house since they made them illegal in Vegas but I'm sure if you look hard enough you can find something. http://www.lasvegassun.com/news/2013...around-county/

I would suggest you cut the number of people down to around 10 and rent a few rooms on the strip.

Thanks for the input. Might have to try out the $20 trick at the Aria or somewhere near strip for a couple upgraded rooms, lol.

From that article:

"1-acre palatial estate with a large pool, a putting green and a wedding parlor capable of accommodating more than 20 people, which rents for $400 per day"

Perfect !

Thinking of maybe doing the suite for 1-2 nights and possibly looking into 2 rooms as well. That way we can all party in the suite and 8-10 can sleep there and the other 10-12 can split the other two rooms. Basically do all of our group drinking and general douchebaggery in the suite.

Hilton Elara, formerly PH Towers Westgate, has some pretty nice suites suitable for bachelor parties.

I'm not sure how you plan to even sleep 8-10 guys in any given suite. That's like 6-8 guys sleeping on the floor. Is that what you're looking for?

Venetian/Palazzo, get 3-4 rooms, 2 will be connecting and you guys will have enough room to party your asses off. Minimum standard rooms at V/P are around 700sf. Two queens beds and a foldout couch that can sleep 1 or don't foldout the couch and you can sleep 2 on it.

Basically nightly sitngo...final two get beds, everyone else on the floor. The order in which you finish will determine whether that floor is carpet or tile.

Pretty sure a hotel will give you at least one cot, that'll be for the bubble I guess.

That sounds like one of the better options to consider.

People won't like this, but I'd say get a bunch of rooms at the RIO. Each one will sleep 5 if bed sharing is tolerated, 3 if no. Each room will run you about 100 a night. Free shuttle to and from the strip. Plus, they have a burger king

The Hilton Elara rooms do seem pretty spacious and reasonable value for the prices, especially if paid in full in advance. However, I can't seem to find the sq footage of the 2 bedroom and 4 bedroom suites...

IMO you wouldn't want any part of trying to get a house away from the strip and find ways for 20 people to get to & from. As much as you'll have some organized/planned activities where everyone is together it IS Vegas and people will likely be on their own schedules. Would be a hassle to get transportation and cost a decent amount.

Many other good suggestions here for reasonable cost places at hotels.

How much time are you really gonna spend in the room anyway? For $20/night everyone gets their own room at The Quad.

I recently had a bachelor party in Vegas fri-sun. We had about 20 stayed at encore in 3 rooms. Two 2 queen bed suites connected and a king bed suites. Each room has plenty of floor space and a L shaped couch. It was probably $130 per guy which included 9 remy bottles, water, chasers, chips, and cup of noodles. Location was perfect as we really didn't have to go out much and clubbing was just down stairs. We could preparty before, during and after the clubbing. Also if anyone were to get messed up, they can just head up stairs.

Sounding more and more like multiple rooms at a nice hotel are the way to go
