The CVS across the street between CityCenter and the Monte Carlo definitely sells food and I'd be somewhat surprised if there's nothing closer than that... pretty sure there's a Walgreens or something on the East side of the street amongst the various stores there (although I don't know if Walgreens sells food because I'm not sure I've ever been inside one). Possibly other stuff too; never had much reason to pay attention.
I think I know the place. It may be a CVS too. They have food, but not a big variety and iirc it's all packaged. No fresh meat or fruit or vegetables, etc.
Safeway.com may deliver, but it may not be easily done in a hotel setup.
I think after 3 or 4 days most people in Vegas will realize what a pain it is to be without a car.
