i mean if he wants to wax it, he can go to any beauty place. if he wants someone else to shave it, it has to be a fetish.

Ok, a serious answer - thanks.

Not a fetish. Scared to death of getting it waxed. I've heard that some spas will do it, some just women, some will do it for men.

Er, I'll pass any answers along to my friend. I promise that if I, er, he gets this done, it won't be included in the subsequent trip report.

Because he's seen Goldfinger. That laser creeping ever closer to Bond's nethers would make any guy cool to the idea of taking a laser to his toys. "No, Mr. Bond, I expect you to die!"

Before you let someone wax, google for "genital degloving" and click "images". But don't do that unless you're considering waxing... what is seen cannot be unseen.

My own personal experience with this topic... Prior to surgery when I was 16 years old. One of the more uncomfortable events of my life. "You're going to do what?! How is that not illegal?!"

Does it make you feel better or do you have nothing better to do than troll? Maybe some people have some fun things they like to go do, besides clubs.

I wasn't trolling, I was making fun of you for asking such a stupid question. There's a difference.

So do something different. Your gf could probably beat the poker games on NYE. Tried all-night bowling?

If you are going to make plans to be somewhere other than your hotel on NYE, make sure you get there plenty early or confirm they'll let you in later on in the evening if you are not staying there.
I was in Vegas on Halloween. We just grabbed some drinks and hit the strip and people watched. Best halloween party I have been to. I would expect NYE to be even better.

You'll be locked out of casinos on NYE though. And it's cold.

Venetian does a cool party, more formal than club vibe.

I laughed out at this thinking about how if I was going to give Mrs. Natamus her best shot at winning her first time playing live poker, NYE would be a spew-fest in the mid-afternoon as people are drunk super early by probably leave for parties in the evening

I never flew to vegas, always drove. If I am at Mirage, should I still tell taxi no highway?

Mirage is kinda tough between 8am to 10am and 3pm to 7pm tunnel might be quicker since crossing LV blvd during rush hour is a bitch. remember we're talking a $10 difference max probably not worth sweating about to much

Yes. Unless you want to pay $10 to get there 3 minutes earlier.

Take the $6 shuttle at the airport.

As someone who did this first time in Vegas, I wouldn't and I can be quite nitty. It could take you an hour as the shuttle stops at every sodding hotel on the strip. Seriously you are in Vegas you want to be enjoying yourself or at least getting your hourly at the poker tables.

Shuttle is the nut low. An hour if your time isn't worth $14?

If money is super super tight and you for some reason have chosen Las Vegas as your vacation destination, the shuttle is a fine way to save a couple dollars so you can supersize your value meal later. Otherwise, c'mon man.

By contrast, the extra money spent getting tunneled is just a rip off and only might save you time.

Of course, advanced elite poor person strategy is to just say the name of the hotel, get tunneled, threaten to call the authority and get free ride to hotel. This is also the elite combative personality strategy.

No ****, sum up the flight and hotel costs and divide by the hours you are in Vegas. It will probably exceed this for most weekend stops except possibly for cheap people staying at Quad flying from LA or PHX.

It's the freeway. The tunnel itself leaves the airport and takes you to the 215 before being on the 15, and adds a few miles to the trip. Should you find yourself in a cab traveling on the freeway and you did not give permission, congrats on the free ride. Just don't get stabbed by the cabbie.
