Some hotels do not allow outside bottles but I have never ever seen it enforced. No one is going to stop a guest from bringing a bottle of Vodka in to their room hidden in their suitcase.
I think TT was thinking about whatever function the OP's company might be having at the hotel.

A policy against bringing a bottle into your own room would be rather unenforcable.

I'd go to the liquor store inside the Orleans. Then cab back via Harmon.

40 oz. Coors for $1.19 at the AM/PM at the corner of Trop & Polaris. Always cabs there gassing up. Tip.
