Re: Las Vegas Summer Housing Megathread
Hey, I'm looking for a place between 6/5 and 7/11 but willing to extend the dates as needed. I'm a 23 year old MTT player and fall on the kind of nerdy side, I don't drink but I do have an unhealthy addiction to Starcraft 2. I'm clean, friendly (albeit sarcastic), housebroken and I have all my shots. Please let me know of anything available near the Strip!

Re: Las Vegas Summer Housing Megathread
Want to stay in Vegas May 28thish-July 10thish for WSOP. But am flexible with specific dates. I plan on playing most of the $2,500+ nlh tournies (including event 1) as well as some $1,000-$1,500 tournies depending on how I feel.
I'd prefer to rent a house or condo close to rio w/ other poker players who are in a similar spot as myself...Get a good group of players who are playing similar tournies and good energy/support system for running good, getting dinner etc.
If anyone who lives in Vegas or already has an established poker house/condo has an extra room avaliable, pm. price isn't too much of an issue as long as it's fair value. Or if anyone is in same boat as me and was too lazy to make WSOP plans in advance, pm and I can look into renting a place at Panorama or something.

soso.... probably adequate for grinding if you can find any US sites left to grind on by then.
Biggest problem is that you have to re-enter your password about once every 24 hours, so it can be unpredictable when the internet goes out

Re: Las Vegas Summer Housing Megathread
Looking for some mid to high stakes players who want to get a house together. I'm arriving June 3rd-July and playing a bunch of tournaments. I'll probably look at maybe renting something by mid-May (still have a few finals to finish up).
I'll have a car there.

Re: Las Vegas Summer Housing Megathread
I have 3 large breed dogs and looking for a semiballer-baller house to stay in (that allows dogs obv) with cool people. I could put up a security deposit if necessary. I've stayed with friends in Vegas (including billybeartku from post #87) for past 3 summers, so could provide references with regards to that if necessary.
I grinded mid-high stakes cash on ap/ftp (fml i know) and am looking for a house to stay in for wsop while i look for a house to rent for a year afterward (moving to vegas for the foreseeable future, so i'll have a bunch of stuff i'm taking with me, but most of it could be kept in storage). I'll have my Chevy Trailblazer with me so I could potentially take people wherever if it's not inconvenient for me.

Re: Las Vegas Summer Housing Megathread
I decided on Gold Coast FWIW... I got a premium room from June 6th-July 14th for $2113... That includes resort fees and taxes..
I got it on Hotels.com and used a discount code of "MAYFLOWERS10" for an additional 10% off each reservation.. Im sure you can use it for any hotel.
I figure that I would save on a car (even though I have one for the first two weeks) and having my own personal space is a +..
Hope this helps someone out..
I was almost going to pull the trigger on one of the places here: http://702housing.com/ #122 under furnished housing would have been 2230 for the same time, but is prolly 30 min or so away which cuts into EV imo and cost for rental additional 4 weeks... But it is pretty nice. Could be an option for people who have 2+ looks like he has some other places.

Re: Las Vegas Summer Housing Megathread
Hi All,
My name is Terry and I'm 28 year old pro player. been playing all stakes from nl100-nl1k 6m. I'm also known as terryfan on PS and used to be a DC coach. have various MTT success. I need a room to stay from 6/2-6/27, if any of you have a room available, i'd really appreciate. I don't smoke but drink socially, I also am pretty chill, likes movie, music, basketball, shopping, fine dining, etc.
I'd prefer if the house is a non-smoking area, if not, it's really fine. please pm me your offer.

Best of luck, but its gonna be really tough with multiple dogs.... especially if the one on the bottom right is a pit like it looks. Housing-wise vegas is not a very dog friendly town. I would say you have about 95% of the rental pool unavailable to you.

do you get 24 hour free TGI fridays with that? do you get free tickets to the nightly jazz show?!! lol
so you paid $2113 for 38nights stay at a ****ty hotel, and absolutely ridiculed the fact I pm'ed you about a pretty nice 5bedroom house that would cost you $3200+400 refundable security deposit for a 49 nights stay. Paraphrasing, "I think it is a joke you would message me about this "offer".
I was gonna bite my tongue, but you are so ignorant and rude I had to say something.
Have a great ****ing summer freerolling.

yeah, she's half american staffordshire terrier, but pits are legal in vegas i thought? but anyway i had been looking for the past ~2-3 months at houses to rent for a year and i spoke with a realtor and i was under the impression that dogs wouldn't be too much of a problem for a lot of owners (not talking about apartments) if i was willing to put up a security deposit
gonna contact another realtor and see if he can help me find a place that'd be good just for a few months in the meantime, but everyone still pm me if you have any openings in your wsop house, would love to have some options
