Interesting update about Priestly - I'm not much of a fan. Too bro-y for me, especially now that I think in his new video he says he's 10 years out from college. I figured the guy was in his mid-20s maybe. Still though - I wish him well and give him props for walking away from the corporate grind.

I don't believe that to be the case at all. The Austria trip was in late Febuary and two of his biggest months of all time were November 2016 +$4,441 and January 2017 +$3,723. He had small wins in December and February. Plus, Trooper was benefiting from the Poker VLOG boom which had happened at the end of 2016.

Usually you have to sign the renewal at least 30 days before lease is up so they have time to start filling it if you leave.

So It might be 2 weeks until the excuses start.
