I just deleted a bunch of bs petty personal argument and name calling posts. Nobody cares if you hate each other. Post about the vlogs. That's it. If you don't like a post say why with a reasonable explanation and try acting like adults rather than resorting to name calling etc. Bans and infractions will be issued for this personal issues crap.

he sold his biz in germany and now travels the world during the year.

6 months of which is spent in vegas

i think thats how the story goes

he explained it in his 1st vid i think, stop being a slacker

edit: he also has at least 1 vlog in his native german language..i stumbled on a german vid he did but didnt save the link

When he first moved to Vegas, he took a shot at a couple but due to limited roll at the time he decided with the large variance in those he wanted to stick to cash. I don't recall him playing anymore after that. He mixes MTT's in sometimes, but I don't think he has had much luck in those.

Thanks for posting Jake's vlog. Amazing. Andrew, Jake (small sample) and rayz are my favorites.. I thank all of them though for putting out poker content.

The last thread was done. Glad to see a change. I started seeing the same couple of people posting about non poker related issues over and over again. Not adding anything new to the thread but personal disdain for a vlogger. Hopefully this one stays poker related and we can keep it fair. Yes, I know for the most part he deserved the criticism, but enough was enough.

he must have gotten a nice little payday on top of the travel to Aruba. we weren't talking about him at the time, but i'm sure some of you caught him saying he considered not taking the Aruba gig. That's insane to me.

I wouldn't give his claim much credit. When you make these life improvement announcements public, your brain releases dopamine as if you already did them and makes you less likely to accomplish them. Case in point, he made that lame video about his "big announcement" of working out 4x a week. That was 2-3 months ago, and I doubt he's gone more than 4 times since then.

I'd say the more likely outcome is that he makes a bunch of excuses for why he can't do it after all. He can't even grind NL50 online without prefacing it with an excuse that he "gambles" when he plays online.
