Yeah this. I really like his vlog, but his hand analysis is just horrible, he should just stop it altogether. Tons of fundamental leaks, calls way too much pre instead of folding or 3!, too passive post also, puts aggression in the wrong spots, bet sizings are way off sometimes, buys in short, etc.
At least he openly admits he is not the greatest player and doesn't take himself too seriously. My guess is he's still much better than trooper.

it seems that pokerkraut actually makes more then 8 dollars an hour at poker.(is trooper even making any money at poker anymore? )

Since pooper is a lifestyle vlogger and not a poker vlogger there is no reason to join.
PK later said he'd play with a full stack. Think he also said he'd decided against nitting it up (not 100% sure on this second point)

I've only been watching the vlogs for about 6 months now. But i have gone through a few past ones of all the vloggers

I started off hating Boski. I think he came across as too arrogant. But in time i liked his style of vlog. I don't fully agree with his play at times but understand what he is attempting to do and i respect that.

Neeme. He's good to watch for his analysis but he does come across as a little bit of only child type at times. I skip most of his vlogs until he does hand break downs.

Doug polks content is very good. I usually watch all of his unless it's an interview and i kind of tune out.

Dnegs. I was really surprised the effort he put into playing and vlogging the wsop even with the production crew that would have been tough. I don't agree with him most of the time but hey who am i to question him. He's won millions I've won nothing

Annddd the Trooper. I won't go into rant mode. But he's pissed me off a couple of times with dumb comments. I'm never aggressive or mean to him in comments but i will pull him up if i think he's out of line. I like others enjoy the train wreck and comments. Personally do i like him. No ut really when it comws to vlogs he does a good job although he's slipping a lot lately.

Just my 2 cents anyway

Who is going to this guy a dollar? He is a middle of the road 1/2 player with no interest in getting better trying to cash in on youtube. He lives on the margins dude. Seriously.

Knowing PK from only his videos, I'm sure he has already been reading up and watching video's on short stack strategy. I mean he even mentioned in one of his latest blogs during his downswing how he needed to improve his overall game by studying. I think people, and possibly his opponents, will be underestimating Poker Kraut in the vlogger game. It will make for an interesting dynamic in that game I think.

Pretty sure he has short stacked plenty of times, it is probably the best strategy in highly raked non drooler games for sure.

I particularly liked "everyone who's invited is going to play the vloggers game"

Brad: "yea uh, I mean"

Jeff: "I mean everyone whose not scarred to play who was invited"

Brad: Oh, I see what you're doing (with a look of "Well Tim's never going to be my friend after this"

Yep, that sequence was pretty epic. Especially when he just keeps pushing after the mumbling/slow reaction from politely Brad. "The guy who appreciate his fans right, is gonna play?" "Everybody was invited, right?" Or something along those lines, quoted roughly from back of my head.

And on and on and on lol.

Boski my favorite vlogger. Cracks me up often, lots of it subtle. Good rants too.

His rants is golden. The one about "Good luck" and about people that have the need to say things or comment before the cards are dealt in allin situations i laughed so hard. "Just keep your mouth shut and gamble".

That one was pretty legendary.

This is all assuming that his interests are best served by playing his short stack optimally, which I'd argue that it's not. From a poker bankroll aspect he's really not rolled to play the short stack optimally in this bigger game where players are likely to be opening and calling quite wide.

I'd think his primary goal when playing a bigger game would be to minimize his potential losses which means passing up on close spots and only putting his stack in the middle as a heavy favorite.

Trooper missed a golden opportunity to get some superfans to stake him so that he could dump money off to a confederate.

I'll admit to being a big fan of Trooper primarily because he started the vlogging trend and doesn't get much credit for it, but he did tick me off (and many others) with his treatment of the vloggers' game. If he just got over himself, and played like he knew everyone wanted him to, then I'd be fine with it. But he did the "I wasn't invited" routine and that is the first time I really disliked any aspect of the vlog. As for his attitude and ability to play, I don't care; I'll still watch because it's interesting. But not playing the vloggers' game just got under my skin.

On the other hand, I'll admit to being a fan of Boski, too. And I have to say, his needling of Trooper in the Owen interview was HILARIOUS. And I know Trooper viewed it, so can't wait for some back and forth.

I propose an eventual HU match between Boski and Troop to once and for all settle the score.

Why? So Jeff can take what little money Tim has in his net worth and end the Vegas story?

Jeff is in another solar system of play compared to Tim. Jeff vs Polk would be a fun match of differing styles and they could compete at a similar level

I don't know the exact mark, somewhere around the 1:00 hour mark, the Stones Gambling Hall guys talked about the Vloggers game and how Trooper was "invited."

It's Trooper's life and he shouldn't play if he doesn't want to play and clearly he doesn't want to play in it. It actually makes a lot of sense for him not to play it. It doesn't make sense for PK to play it either but if PK lost a lot in that game it wouldn't be disastrous like it would be for Trooper, so it makes more sense for PK to play in it for fun.

I dont think anyone should be mad or upset that Trooper doesnt play. I think the people are more pissed off the way he went about it. Flat out refused to acknowledge it forever, then finally addressed the issue with his bs "I wasnt invited" excuse, "i didnt know about it"... blah blah blah.

Just man up, say you dont want to play and thats basically that.

Pretty much this.
Its the same with his nonchalant dismissal of the main event.

I cant blame him for ditching both, but he could have easily made both happen with the help of his die hard supporters. Offering pieces of the action etc. He just needs to lighten up and roll with some things.

he handles just about every situation poorly. i mean, everyone, even his diehards know damn well he doesn't wanna play b/c he's outclassed and he can't risk the money. no one would give a crap if he flat said that, but nah, he has to pretend like it's not the case. that leads to people speculating he believes he's outclassed and can't risk the money (which is undoubtedly the case) and more "hater" rants.
