I haven't been inside. I am sure the units are amazing (top of the line everything, great views, etc), but imo there a number of issues that don't appeal to me.
-Access is a pain the ass. There is no back entrance so you have to deal with strip traffic every time you come and go. This doesn't sound terrible to someone picturing life as an extended vacation, but for me running errands, running back home to quickly pick something up, etc would be too inconvenient
-I
believe (could be wrong on this one) there is only valet parking. Some people might like this, I think it would be very annoying
-it looks to me from the outside that the units do not have balconies, again I might be wrong on this (told you it was going to be an uninformed opinion
). If that is the case it is a deal breaker for me. I am sure others might not care about balconies.
-City Center does not have the originally planned amenities that would make it good for self contained living: the Whole Foods Market that was planned, nice common areas for residents to congregate (I'm sorry Crystals is not a town square or park, its a sterile overpriced, struggling mall).
On the plus side, it would be a lot of fun on the weekends to live in the middle of city center.
