If price doesn't matter do Nobu, Joel Robuchon, Guy Savoy or E at Jaleo.

Speaking of Italian, nobody ever seems to mention Valentino. I haven't been, but the original one in LA has a well-established, excellent reputation (haven't been there either though). Any experiences with the Vegas version?

It's very good. I've found the menu to be a little less exciting than Bartolotta or B+B, but I've never had anything I didn't like there. They do a good lunch.

I've eaten at Joel Robuchon 3 times now and will go a 4th time near NYE. I have given up trying to do the 16 courses, I can't handle it all and I don't understand how other people can.

I'm 6"0, 190lbs and reasonably muscular (so I'd like to believe).

Throw in a cocktail, two pieces of amazing bread plus a glass of wine and it's just too much.

Anyone else go through those courses with ease? How big are you?

I'm 6"1 and 190 lol.

I have a giant appetite though. First time I went was with a large group and I was finishing courses for other people that were struggling (on top of mine of course).

I don't drink wine which might help a lot.

I'm nowhere near the size of either of you but when I was under 30 I probably could eat all that. Over 30, not a chance.

Re: Las Vegas Fine Dining Thread

I'm significantly larger than Mango and ZeeJ and finished the 16 courses pretty easily.

I also eat wayyyy more than a normal person though. I was still hungry after E, so I went next door to Blue Ribbon and ordered the fried chicken.
