Yeah, think it was near UT. Was a pretty good gastropub

Yeah, like the Vegas Hopfield's is on Google. Thousand Tigers knows what I mean.

You have to ask locals like Imakeposts where to find Hopfields.

3rd seems like a tossup. Always open for your opinions.

Also is Hopfields the best burger on strip? I had that & Burger Bar a while back. Doesn't have to be fancy, just quality flavor. Always like to compare around.
If only visiting one, visit Bacchanal.

From my unscientific polling people rank Bacchanal #1, but I'm all about Wicked Spoon (and obv Hopfields)

Lotus of Siam, not by a large margin or anything, has been my favorite thai restaurant. It'll take a couple more outings, but thus far, Chada Thai and Wine >> Lotus of Siam. Check it out!

Not sure I can bring myself to say it's better than Lotus, but Chada is awesome and open super late (3?).

Yeah, it's quite possible I'm rating it so highly because I've been to Lotus so many times and this was just different(but still amazing). Being open to 3 is a huge plus. Probably my go to place after midnight now.

Has anyone tried this?

It's right next to monta/zen/raku/kabuto so I gave it a try. I liked it a lot less than yogurtland, but I'm not sure if it's because I ordered the wrong flavor or what.

Firefly tapas restaurant/bar. Still my favorite restaurant in LV. Super cheap, lots of variety, and fun place. The weather is nice now so eating on their patio is gonna only make it better.
Firefly ?Try the salmonella, lots of folks have according to what I read on Google

True, but it's also true that the Paradise location following the incident you refer to has moved to upgraded premises down the road, employed a food safety consultant, re-trained the staff, and scored an "A" grading at The Southern Nevada Health District inspection. LVRJ article.

I've eaten there twice since the re-opening and feel very comforted about the safety of the place. Only real issue is that the servers both times have started pushing desserts while we were still working on the mains ...

I take it back. Had the black sesame snow with red bean and mochi at snowflake shavery, fantastic!

Anyone have a recommendation on BBQ in LV? I don't think there's anything worth going to on the strip, is there?

Probably don't want to pay for an alcohol license. Best BBQ ever though....get the chopped brisket, hot links, and the rib tips. Haven't had the baby backs but I'm sure they're amazing.

Any places on the strip (or close to it) that you can recommend for relatively cheap healthy food?

Few comments ITT suggesting Blue Ribbon for sushi. Is this reasonable or are there better places on strip for similar budget? We're stopping in Cosmo so will probably stay close if BR is value for money

I wouldn't classify Blue Ribbon as casual.

I've eaten here twice and thought it was good both times. Any Sushi place on the strip is going to be expensive due prime location. I've also eaten at Social House in Crystals at Aria. BR was far better imo.
