Enjoyed my brunch at bacchanal far more than dinner at wicked spoon.

bacchanal isn't really worth the extra $ vs wynn and wicked spoon.

haven't tried Bacchanal but wicked spoon is good, when I tried wynn buffet it was not good maybe I went at the wrong time 8pm but everything was dried out and tasted like heat lamps, I won't be going back unless someone else pays.

Never been to an AYCE sushi house but am considering Goyemon. The dinner price includes non-sushi appetizers/other dishes? I'm a bit confused by their menu online. Also, does the AYCE include Uni?

Thanks.

Last trip to LV, I tried Lima Limon. Darn good ceviche !! and the alfajores were just right.

Typical Peruvian food found in the States but executed well.

You get non-sushi dishes, including desserts, with the AYCE for both lunch and dinner. Uni is not available for AYCE for lunch and limited to one order for dinner.

I like DJK a lot. Korean Delicious is new and I haven't been, but I've heard it's good (http://www.eatinglv.com/2013/07/asia...ean-delicious/).

How is Five50 at Aria? I haven't heard much discussion about it so I assume it's not amazing.

All,

http://www.mgmgrand.com/restaurants/pub-1842.aspx

"Gastropub" similar to Todd English Pub. Had a few snacks there. Everything was good, but generally kinda expensive for fancy bar food. Still, I recommend the deviled eggs.

However, THE thing to get is the nachos. For $15, a HUGE tray of super delicious nachos. Definitely worth the money.

Decent beer selection and some pretty good barrel-aged cocktails.

It's good. I want to say it's similar to secret pizza. The slice was noticeably smaller than secret pizza though but not sure if it was a sample size issue. It was $5.50, lol.

Thoughts on an Asian dinner for a group? I'd like to keep it around $25pp for food, and it's a group of about 25.

Joyful House? Ping Pang Pong? Ichiza?

I had the take out pizza while playing poker. It was quick and ok. Nothing special but good for a quick snack or a meal while playing poker.

Grand Luxe in Venetian is awesome. Great variety! Chicken Angeli & Joe's Big Scrambled Breakfast is great.

I can't imagine this being the case.
Cheesecake factory is average chain food and while I am sure it is slightly upgraded being in a high level resort, I can't understand the obsession.

It's not upgraded, it's downgraded. The model is "24-hour coffee shop version of CCF."

Then I certainly don't get the obsession.

it's certainly better than most of the similarly priced restaurants like the ones littering ph mall, i heart this bar and grill, harley davidson and places like that

went to hash house at the quad last trip and was quite underwhelmed with the man vs food dish

also finally went to las pampas and was pleasantly surprised

went to whatever the hell restaurant is beside hugo's cellar downtown (don't even ask) and it was hilariously bad - which should be obvious

people actually ordered steak there - after I wanted to actually go to hugo's - and were pissed it wasn't cooked perfectly

I actually eat here occasionally. The food, while not gourmet high end, is very good and the cost is very reasonable. To me it is probably one of the best mid-restaurant deals in Vegas.

I agree, it's a very solid place. I don't understand the hate above, this is actually the first time I've seen any real negative comments about it.

It is a solid choice, particularly when no-one really has a hankering for anything in particular, wide enough menu to cater for all.

Lots of poker players eat there too often as it is either on the short list for somewhere to go at 03:30 or just because it is near enough to the poker room for walking nits to be able to cope.

If you have eaten there 4 times already that week, there is usually a lot of inertia to go and eat there again, or at 8pm, when there are plenty of other choices.

doubt Ichiza is doable for a group this size. the whole restaurant seats maybe 50.

PPP seems like a decent option.

Lotus of Siam might be able to accommodate 25 people with enough notice. I think that would be my first choice in terms of food quality out of the places that you could possibly bring a group of 25.
