It is important to me that I know which dining establishments in my vicinity are the ones that no one eats at.

Sounds like a Yogi Berra "That place is too popular - nobody eats there any more" type of thing.

This would be a good side business. Get paid by restaurants to carry buckets of phones in and out of the place.

Not to mention yet another lead-gen business for Google. "We noticed business is kind of slow at dinnertime, do you need a restaurant consultant..."

Looking for a casual bar/restaurant with the best possible beer list that's open late. Quality of food not so important. Some quick googling lead me to:

World of Beer
Pub 365
Owl

Any experiences with these places? Other recommendations? Doesn't have to be on the strip necessarily.

No experience w WoB or Owl, but Aces and Ales, Pub 365, and Rebel Republic are my three go-to beer bars. Very different vibes though so different if I'm going after work w a friend to play video poker (rebel republic / aces and ales), going for a business mtg (pub 365 has better lighting), or for food (rebel republic). But aces and ales is way farther from strip. Pub 365 walkable from strip. Rebel republic ~ $10 uber

Aces and Ales is awesome. Good food too. Tenaya location has a lot more beers on tap.

$30 for a turkey plate ouch. i mean the only thing that may warrant the price tag is the prime rib, but who knows the quality on that. $30 for buffet prime rib is plenty enough

RIP CHEAP TURKEYS

yeah... if that $10 difference between a low cost turkey dinner and a $30 turkey is troublesome... personally, this probably isn't for you.

Did Easter Brunch there. Was approximately fine.

It might not be readily apparent what the difference is.

Friday: arrive mid-morning
Lunch at the Amex lounge at the airport
Early dinner at Wynn - what is the most casual, least stuffy Wynncore option?

Saturday
Room service breakfast
Lunch at Wynn Deli
Dinner at Kabuto

Sunday

Need a recommendation for good Wynn lunch place
Dinner at Cut

Those words don't really go together.

Centurion Lounge pro-tip, arrive at 11am if you can and enjoy both the breakfast and lunch options.

For casual dinners or lunches near the Wynn, you can't go wrong with Tacos El Gordo...

Check out allegro, its pretty casual, not the cheapest food but really good red sauce Italian food that is quite authentic. Also some of the best late night food on the strip.

max-----i reco that on NYE, you dine at, or very near, whatever hotel you're staying at. Seriously. No cars on the strip, all pedestrian. Back roads very busy. Tough, not impossible to get a taxi. Uber/Lyft surge pricing.
Later at night, if casino/hotels are maxed, they will only allow access to guests w/hotel keys, per fire occupancy codes.

I've been there for Christmas,(both LV and Reno) and what I've found is, its best to flip your day- eat a large, buffet/gourmet type things during the day, thinking Bacchanal Buffet at Caesars. Then at night, go for the nibbles, smaller plates stuff, maybe even room service.

So, where are you staying?

Yep, it's a ZOO on NYE. Reservations are probably a good idea anywhere that night.

I ate at a couple new to me places today. We at at Therapy on Freemont near the El Cortez today. The wife had a Philly sandwich which she enjoyed. I ordered the Big Sexy burger which is basically a brie cheeseburger. Even though it came out overcooked it still tasted great. I would order it again. We also ordered a fried mac and cheese appetizer which came with a really good spicy mayo. We will go back as there are more items I would like to try. Bill was $40 for two lunch entrees and an appetizer.

We also ate at the sushi cafe on Stephanie behind the Auto zone. It is in the same plaza as our favorite carryout Mexican place called Faustos. This was our second trip. Everything is fresh and affordable. Dinner was $26 for 2 basic rolls, a special roll, and a soda.

Ate at Chubby Cattle last night. Was a fun meal. Not a hot pot expert by any means so won't get too far into whether it's an amazing hot pot experience. But we had a good time. Got half seafood/half mushroom broth, a bunch of meat, the veggie combo (if you want greens in your soup), the mushroom combo (great), the "balls" combo (pass on this imo), and a bunch of things off the conveyor belt. Would definitely do again. Was ~ $120 + tip for 5.

The only weird thing: they didn't bring us bowls until we asked, just plates. Oh well...

Don't miss the sauce station.

Then hit up snow white shavery in same shopping center. I don't like their snow as much as snowflake shavery over by Monta (not sure why - could be entirely the same and im making things up...), but Snow White did have Stumptown coffee, and I enjoyed my cappuccino.

After tonight i will have patronized (at least) 5 places in that shopping center in a 24-hour period, but somehow not Chada, lol.
