that's hardly excessive. Plus, no restrictions were mentioned.

Would anyone want to grab Thai with me today? I would go alone but someone else = more opportunities to share and try different menu items. I can drive/pick someone up. Lotus or Chada Thai preferably.

More because you will definitely be getting the beignets with your chicken and waffles. Do this.

I have two questions, both concerning the TruckU Food Truck.

--Is it still worth tracking down if I've never eaten its food?

--If that answer is yes, is the most reliable way to track it down on Twitter?

TIA for all responses.

Speaking of food trucks, have any of you gone to one of the weekly food truck frenzy things? It's in the Total Wine at Town Square parking lot at 6885 SLVB from 17:00-21:00 on Thursday nights. 4760 W Catcus on Saturday. Here's the most recent list of trucks from the last two:

Line up: Thursday June 1st:

Cousins Maine Lobster
Blitz Boba
Kabobaliciouslv
Boqueria Street
Islandtuckyfc
Inca vs Azteca
The Cookie Bar
Blondie s Bacon Creations
Oming s Kitchen Filipino Food Truck
I LUV COTTON CANDY
Treasure Ice Land Saturday June 3rd:

Islandtuckyfc
Bonappetitbbq
Latin Fusion Grill
GreekDelightslv
Buster s Dawg House
King s Sausage
Cousins Maine Lobster
Picanha Steak Truck
Blitz Boba
Snowie Las Vegas Shaved Ice

think I will check it out on Thursday, been a while since I had a lobster roll.

TruckU is definitely worth tracking down. That said, I believe they are not currently active as the chef has some other stuff going on.

Also, cool chopstick. Haven't. Thanks.

Ive spent a decent amount of time in Maine, and a lot in Boston, but I think that Lobster Me is slightly better than Cousins Lobster. Great find though I will definitely check that out sometime this summer.

Does Giordano's sell anything by the slice or otherwise ready to eat? Or do we have to plan an hour in advance like we would at one of their Chicagoland stores?

Hit up that shawarma stand in the Bally's whatever-it's-called area at the SE corner of Flamingo/LVBD for the second time. The sandwiches are a pretty great deal at $10, given the quality, quantity, and location. Also doesn't hurt that they are open until 06:00. Ask for extra pickles.

I just got a personal one ready to go at the Ballys location. Not too good, looked like it was cooked around noon and just left in the warmer since.

This was 1:30 am, maybe a lot better around dinnertime.

Shangs Artisan Noodle is pretty bomb. Right next to Yonaka. Had the Shangs beef noodle soup under 10 bucks and I was really full off that one bowl.

Gogo poke in fashion show mall. No sushi rice but the girl scooped like 6 times for a large (3 scoops of protein)

Pokéman has sushi rice and good portions as well.

Recs for business lunch at the District? Doesn't have to be white tablecloth or anything, but Fatburger isn't an option.

Yes. That is my default but hoping for something a little more diverse. I love Settebello, but some people will not want gluten, some will want an entree salad, etc. Just want to make sure the bases are covered.

Will definitely do this if the alternatives are not good though

I feel like there was a mention in here a while ago about bars with interesting/rare craft beers. Anybody know where that would be? I'm looking for some interesting finds but googling isn't showing me anything super special thus far.

As you know, they're not my thing but have you looked at the list at the pub in the V/Palazzo walkway?

It's listed as a restaurant so you may have missed it - called Public House and has its own beer menu etc

My general advice for when asked to plan a business lunch is to feign incompetence in order to avoid being asked to plan any additional business lunches in the future. Lyfe Kitchen* fits well into this strategy, since it will look like you are actually trying.

If this GTO optimal (with expected repeated iteration) strategy* is uncomfortable for you, just go for a minimax solution and go with PF Chang's.

*it actually isn't bad unless you enjoy having amenities, such as "flavors."

**always pick Lyfe Kitchen when using this strategy whether the other players defect or not.
