Fact of the matter is that I gave some very good advice earlier in this thread, then George became a douchebag and started mouthing off. He asked for advice, got advice that he didn't like and then decided to talk ****. I have no problem giving advice, tips and tricks about Vegas. If someone doesn't like the advice or whatever, that's fine. Just dont come back talking **** and calling people lazy and telling me that I'm wrong. If I'm not 100% sure about something, then I wont comment on it or I will outright say "I'm not 100% sure". GWB stated something to the effect " there are plenty of bartending jobs out here paying like $18+ an hour, if you can't find one you're just lazy" (he heard that from some people in a bar on boulder highway). Then when told he's incorrect, he started in talking ****. He was under the impression that you can just walk in to a bar on the strip and get hired lolz.

At this point I hope he fails big time. If you're gonna ask for help on this board and then when people take the time to try and help you and you dont like what they say using their past experience and decide to berate and belittle the people that are trying to help you then you can just **** off.

Maybe next time someone asks for advice on this board all the established posters like jaylv, eco,mschu, myself etc should refrain from giving it, maybe GWB should handle answering all the Las Vegas questions since he is so knowledgeable about this place. I mean after all he does have a certificate from Bobs Bartendering school, a nice shiny red scooter, a "fully appointed 2 bedoom condo", a job working for some guy for free and he has been here for a month or two.

As I've said, I will listen to any advice even if it's advice I don't enjoy having to hear.

For example early in this thread I was told that without a car, which I don't have, I would have a very hard time doing a job search in the middle of the summer in 105 degree heat.

I didn't love hearing that, but I did accept it and I have since changed my plans accordingly.

But as I said earlier in this thread, and as I will say again...

'Don't even bother setting foot in Vegas, stay wherever it is you come from and just give up on your dreams and ambitions now before you even get a shot at them'
