Went to Giordano's tonight at Bally's. Full review coming next week, but here's a sneak peek picture that I'm very proud of.

A lot of people seem to like it. I think it's overpriced, takes way too long to get served, and doesn't taste as good as In n Out.

Just tried to go to your site at work, and Forcepoint blocked it. Not sure if it's on our end or theirs, but I can't imagine our IT guys found your site and decided it was worthy of a block.

I'll check it out. The domain got flagged last year and I've been contacting companies to rescan and verify it's fine.

If you've never had real Chicago style pizza, it's hard to go wrong with Giordano's. Absolutely delicious.

The pic had a guy with a fork. Something seems wrong with not eating pizza with my paws.

Five Guys is about the fries, not the burger. I like their burgers fine, but they have the best fries I have ever eaten.

New review out today. Sorry for the hiatus, I have a bunch of places lined up for next week. I'm falling into a Tuesday/Friday release schedule for these.

I don't know, think might actually like the idea of a sushi burrito over the bowl, think I'll pass on both.

Do you have recommendations for good poke?

Uh, that was a recommendation for good poke. A sushi bowl is just poke.

Like I said, they're all so similar it just comes down to your personal preferences/experiences. I thought this place was good but it's similar to AYCE sushi places. They all get the same quality fish and it just comes down to the little things.

In general I think Vegas has my idea restaurant scene. I love diners and Asian food, both are super solid in Vegas. Where I live in Houston we have good Asian minus ayce sushi options. Have a horrible diner scene.

Only other thing I really like is some solid delicatessens and at least one solid spot for subs and pork ribs. I eat like a Jewish bookie.

I kinda thought so but there seems to be too much going on in that bowl. I picture a poke bowl a little bit "cleaner".

Thus my issue with the concept. It is, however, pretty damn tasty.

The steakhouse at the D is strangely my favorite steakhouse in Vegas. I know it sounds crazy but it was an incredible meal. I got the sashimi from kabuto and I thought it was disgusting -- although it was my first time having sashimi so WTF do I know.

Went to Chada thanks to Gobo's recommendation and it was as good as everyone is saying. I saw two different poker groups when I was there over WSOP so Jimmy's word is spreading.
