I think most people would agree that the Venetian-Palazzo options of Delmonico/Cut/Carnevino are in the top 5 (maybe even top 3?) steak houses on the strip. Very interested to hear what sets Delmonico apart from the other two in your opinion?

It's not like that any of the fancier sushi places on the strip offers bad quality. But they all are kinda boring, not as good as a place like Kabuto and ridiculously overpriced.
That said, if you guys like to try a sushi fusion thing, Sushi Samba might be an option. Then there are the high end restaurants Roku, Yellowtail, Bar Masa and Blue Ribbon that can break your bank if you order the wrong stuff and Koi which is a level below those places both in quality and price in my opinion.
