At the tables last weekend a dealer relayed his (apparently first-hand) story from the MGM some number of months ago. And not just that but because the check was bigger than the agreed amount, she gave him cash. That was probably a stupid move though as he said the reason why the fake Panam checks were cashed with no questions asked was that he wore a pilots uniform and flirted with the cashier. A young woman trying to cash it would have arose suspicion and potentially closed his scam down.
