Is the ace on board a spade? If it is, how likely is it that she called pre with non-ace suited? A lot of info is missing. Like was she next to act after your raise, or was she getting 3 to 1 to call?

In a vacuum I probably make a small value bet, like $25 because it's really hard to make a flush.
