Thanks. I'm here, and I've considered doing a video of backstory, but I generally shy away from it. It could easily be boring and I'm not sure how much I want to share.

Well to be fair, Trooper thought about doing something the other day for about 15 seconds. But seriously, that's why I'm amazed he even gets views. He literally has one of the most boring lives of anyone I've ever seen. It's like when you watch a crappy movie that was supposed to be good, and you're constantly waiting for something "good" to happen.

Eats almost 100% of his meals alone. Most of those meals are fast food that has been left sitting all day. His only hobby is watching YouTube. He buys a nice place, and still has all his stuff on the floor like in the Jacksonville days (which makes me assume that he regularly pulls a midnight move when behind on rent). If he posted a vid admitting he's been off his meds for the last 3 years, all of this would make sense.

I do not.

Does anyone recall the video where Trooper was saying he had a bad day, and then "something" happened later on in the evening and it became a good day?

I can't recall the exact details, but it seemed to me like he was bragging that he banged Kelly. She was never in another video again. Coincidence?

Why would it matter whether he paid for the sex or not? We just want to know exactly how many times he has had the secks and with how many lovely young ladies. Lover and I have discussed this topic ad nauseum for hours on end. My take is that I hope he has had lots of sex and while Lover says he supports the Trooper's happiness, he always provides a little push back as to why it's best that Trooper not have sex (one time he mentioned disease, another time he mentioned the financial responsibility of having a kid; one time he argued about Kelly's feelings, and another time he went on a rant about how Trooper should remain celibate because his mom watches the vlog).

I'm a very big fan of his vlogs and watching his daily life's. But damn he is awfu at poker

I knew when he showed up at 12:30am to play (even though he's only been up 7-8 hours) that he was fixing to lose. TheTrooper does little to mentally prepare himself. He never seems focused and eager to play. He seemed eager to sit but didn't sound excited at all to focus and play. All that time wasting between Bally's and Bellagio. Parking, Starbucks, walk, easily 45min completely wasted. North Valet is right there, 30 paces to the poker room.

In every vlog Troop needs to toot his own horn on how he made it through the infinitely daunting task of editing and uploading a vlog. Bravo buddy! You're not digging ditches. You're sitting in your boxers in an air conditioned apartment playing on the puter.

Pro vloggers like Neistat or even that void of chromosomes, Fousey, never discuss this task. Most likely because they have professional editors doing it for them but still. They present the content for enjoyment. No **** Sherlock someone had to edit and upload it before we viewed.

Glad you found this thread and welcome! I like the format of your vlogs and definitely enjoy the dry wit. Not sure that's what it is called but your tone is fun to watch. Are you like that in person or is that your YouTube persona. Not bashing as it clearly is a cool persona for poker videos!

I think I also relate to your videos because I hate Vegas drivers. Keep them coming and feel free to keep producing shorter ones if that means more often. Don't feel like you need to churn our a bad 10 min video everyday. I prefer a good, content filled 5 minute video every few days.

Too all you las vegas grinders... if the tables around where I live are juicy at the 1/2 and 2/5 levels, is there any reason to move out there? Say I get the bankroll eventually to move above 2/5, would Vegas have enough options at 5/10 and beyond?

No reason to move to LV if you have juicy tables where you are. If it ain't broke, don't fix it...or you might end up going broke yourself!

Where are you? The only reason to move to Vegas is for lower cost of living and weather but if you are making good money with poker somewhere else, stay put and keep it up.

For over 2/5nl, Vegas isn't the best. Lots of places in the US have better 5/10nl games. Due to low cost of living, the median income in LV is low so not a lot of rich casual players compare to LA, Florida, midwest, and the Philly/Baltimore area so less easy money feeding into the poker economy. If every state didn't legalize gambling the past few years, Vegas poler would be the nutz. But why fly and pay for expensive hotels to play a game you can play at home 15-45 minutes driving from the house?
