New hires are going to get Nevada minimum wage, $8.25. I can't see the Bellagio paying a 10 year veteran very much more.
The big gap is hours in the box.
If you get 5 good shifts, you can be dealing and getting tips 30 hours a week.
If you get just 3 bad shifts, you can be dealing and getting tips just 15 hours a week. If you are forced to deal tournaments, even worse.
