I did like the grind, I know how it is to play long hours of poker and am okay with it since poker is something am passionate about, I can see myself playing with strict guidelines.. things haven't really went as expected, i didnt expect an immediate upswing or that i will repeat old mistakes but i guess **** happens.. Got only myself to blame.

Thats true, I didnt learn my lesson.. I am devastated and disappointed in myself but tbh If I would do it all over again if i can, this is what i do and this is what I KNOW that i can do for living.. Not everybody learn from their first or second mistake, but am sure I changed and I believe that I will have the discipline to do it next time if not then the time after.. I dont care about how many times i fall down the horse since I repeated old mistakes, I will fight myself and try to be more disciplined and as long as I am alive I will keep trying..

I will, and hope 2+2ers will support me as they always did.. Hopefully next time I wouldn't let me or u guys down
>> I really don't care about the few 2+2ers who mocked me, Haters hate, this is what they do, it doesnt bother me.. and actually they are right about pretty much all they say, I tried and failed AGAIN, doesnt mean anything, I just need to grind a bigger bankroll next time and try harder and be disciplined **or try to be**

You are a degen. Gambling as a career is not going to ever work for you.

At a bare minimum you need 40 BIs ($50).
Your idea of buying in for $150 and then playing as deep as possible is utterly ridiculous (that's putting it mildly)

I even told you that I'd drive you to the proper games that would keep you in action. 90% of being a poker player is BRM. The other 10% isn't all that difficult, but I'm not gonna troll you. At least, you are finishing out this thread unlike the other guy. You should look back at your goals on page 7 and see how you did using that criteria:
Quote:
Goals and plans in mind (so far):
1. Get my net worth from 2k to 6k (within 1st month of grinding).
2. Quite smoking for good (I've been smoking cigarettes for 8 years now and recently I've been feeling like am 75 yrs old not 25 when i go running).
3. Play 1/2 at smaller rooms, buying in for 150$ each time.
4. Cashing out and moving to another room when I exceed 600$ (also buying in for 150$ in the new room).
5. If I dropped 3 buyins, I am going to grind at Bills for few days till I get them back (0.5/1$).

Take it ffs, no second thoughts. Good job, probably good pay, + life experience, + resume builder etc... Taking this job is probably a +life EV move.

+10,000
In life, the most rewarding things usually require you to suck it up and take some pain before you get the rewards.
Gym sucks in the short-run but will reward you in the long run.
Same idea with the job here.

Re: Following my dream AGAIN! Moving to Vegas in July
Are you going to be able to make enough money in the Oman job to build a substantial bankroll? I am guessing your poker options will be limited, but you should be studying your ass off when you are not working.

hey T.Mack , gotta agree with this . There will be people this does not apply to but for most , just do it .
Good to see you updating and being honest.
Fwiw , i'm one of those people that need to make mistakes 2 times before i get it.
The first time , its like wtf happened.
The second time , i catch and watch (and learn ) as it is happening.
After that , i have deeply understood the issue and can stop it as soon as i see it beginning to start.
What ever you do , gl .

TMack is not a degen... Dude didn't lose his roll on the craps table.
He lost it because of BRM, where he played at stakes he could beat but wasn't rolled for.
