That's a pretty epic story. TO usually tells it better. We'll see how this TR goes and maybe if there's enough interest we can talk her into posting it. It's very TL;DR but has sufficient highlights to keep the reader interested throughout I believe.

Agreed. There's been a lot of ridiculous opinions floating around LVL lately. If you haven't already you should check out some of the advice thrown out in the low roller suggestion thread. There's one poster in there that's got some real gems and quite the attitude.

There was a short 30 min wait when we arrived at EI cafe. They gave us a buzzer and we went off to run some money through their VP machines. Apparently if you play $1 you get a $1 credit towards your meal so kinda ldo. Lost $0.70 playing DDB poker but got our $2 vouchers - pretty much winning.

Meal delivered and tasted even better than usual. Our server was on top of it and brought everything out ASAP.

Took it to the BJ table and got dealt a 3 2 against a dealer 2. Hit for another 2, then a 9 and decided to stay. Dealer showed 12 and pulled a 7 for 19 so we lost. I'm running about 5/7 on my match plays from them though so still way over EV.

On to Flamingo for check in.

ahhh..you mean monti_rock. i wouldn't worry there is about a 60% chance he ran out minutes on his pre-paid internet stick and is trying to get tourists to kick him in the balls to raise the funds to get more.

Getting a little toasty. In for 2 beers and two RBVs, though they are more aptly VBRs and onto number 5/6 of the VBRs. Chilling at pool now and weather couldn't be more perfect. So far, very impressed with flamingo. Maybe best value I've ever received from a Caesars property. More to come soon.

Yikes! That's a bit of a walk, though I suppose if your an equinox member you're up for it . And you're right, equinox is the nuts in terms of "Globogym" style gyms. I was doing Crossfit style workouts while at equinox and decided to switch and have spent the last year at a Crossfit gym to get a bit more out of my workouts. I do miss the showers and the Keihls products however.
