its an insurance/space thing. Its not that they havent thought about it, they just can't do it. Vegas isn't like LA or Phoenix where the valets wash the cars for extra tips, its just not feasable out here. Only place I know in town that offers this service is the Town Square shopping center, and at this place you can only get your car washed if you manually park it in the southern middle lot, the valet services don't wash.

Yeah, thats just wrong. You should complain about that. Its something they may not have noticed because the west valet has an entrance from the strip, which isn't used that often. Regardless, I agree with you on this, but you should know that the person who you tip for parking you car is not a bellhop, thats a different person.... hence they should have bellhops for customers as they check in in the west valet.

Also, I don't give a fig about grape flavored vodka drinks
I think a lot of people are laughing at this because Cosmo is known for having one of the best, if not THE best, bar program in Vegas, So they may be lacking in flavored vodkas, but they make it up in so many other ways at their bars

did you make a reservation? On a busy night, no reservation = no dining room. Not much you can do about that, it is what it is.

Cosmo wasn't built to be a casino, the designs for the casino were an afterthought. It was originally supposed to be a non-gaming condo-hotel, but the owner defaulted on his payments (the creator of Glaceau and Vitamin waters) and the property was taken over by the investment banking firm who backed the loans. The casino concept was done after much of the building was already complete. I agree its confusing, but that is why they put giant touch-screen maps all over the casino! Remember those big video signs? They weren't signs my man... they were maps!

Don't blame Cosmo for that, blame MGM. I agree its asinine, but they own those stairs. They may not have been built if it wasn't for the Harmon which was never completed... they were supposed to serve a purpose at City Center but without the Harmon, its wasted.

Your expecting something that isn't possible to do, its out of their hands, its the domain of the wireless providers. As examples of recent similar situations, there was horrible phone service at Aria for the first 6 months, and this also happened after the opening of Wynn, Encore, and Palazzo. By fall I suspect Cosmo's cell service will be rocking. For what it's worth, AT&T is really good there, I even get service in the garage.

I think your expectations were just set too high. The kind of experience you had at Cosmo is the same kind of experience I see at Bellagio for example... come back and stay at a different hotel next time and compare the service, it probably wont be much better. Sadly thats one of the problems we have in Vegas, the support staff do their job but they aren't of the level that most people expect. Its a Vegas-wide problem, its the culture of the city. With that said, they do seem to have a shortage of good waitresses in their public-space bars, I never could figure that out.
