This thread is about Las Vegas based food trucks. But it is also about other local eating events like UNLVino which just finished a week ago, First Friday downtown, Foodie Fest, the multiple farmer's markets, etc.

This thread is not about permanent establishment restaurants, which is already the subject of other threads.

My favorite food trucks are the Dragon Grille and Fukuburger. I also liked Slidin' Thru but I'm not really sure they're still around. There is also a great Jamaican booth on First Friday that serves goat stew. Kettle corns, fried Hostess Twinkies, potato sticks galore in the farmer's markets.

Recommendations accepted. Please include the when and the where to find.

UNLVino was insane. I wish they had it more often. Unlimited Gordon Ramsey burgers, Lotus of Siam beef bowls, wild boar pasta bolognese, etc.

I have one in mind but I couldn't remember the street. I just leave the comment to remind myself to post here later

My favorite was Truck U BBQ. Don’t know if that’s still a thing though.

Burnt ends burrito whoa. Mike minor is the chef at border grill now so TruckU is currently dead but you never know.

I like was Kevin is doing with his vlog now. He seems like a genuinely good guy and his vlogs are pretty well produced and getting better and the content is at least interesting and different. I have a toy that my 4 year old daughter wants me to send him that has been sitting on my kitchen shelf for two months now. Reminds me I need to get his address and send it now.

Also, this foodie fest looked like it was a great time, at least to this formerly fatter guy who is now only moderately fat.
