Best Place on/near Strip to throw 200 person party?

Looking into hosting a party with around 200 people during a work related conference this year. It wouldn't be a rager - more for people in the industry to have a few drinks and socialize before going out to a club. We would like to be able to hire a band and bartenders and bring alcohol without paying huge markups for the hotel to bring alcohol up - for instance a penthouse suite. It seems like a good option might be the places where rooms are privately owned so we could work something out with the owner, (extra deposit or whatever). Budget estimate for party would be around 15k.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

You can do it at the convention center......

Or just give the hotel management guys a call..they will help you out.
