Constantly cycling between benzos, booze, and uppers sometimes but always dependent on something. Blacking out hard, making poor decisions, etc

I have a ton of sympathy for anyone struggling with illnesses, and I offered a bunch of help to the OP. It could be real, it could be BS, I don't know. Regardless, there's very little one can offer in a sub-forum of a poker website.

Has anyone been to the Boyz II men show? Seems like it should be good but I sure as hell don't want to go by myself. My family is begging me to go to rehab but I guarantee the second I walk out I would get benzos or alcohol. I see a lot of leaving las vegas references but why? I don't intend to drink myself to death I simply intend to drink until I am numb. I hate being bipolar and the mood swings kick my butt. Back to topic how is the Boyz II men show? I figure I can find someone on POF to go with me as finding someone here that is female is not a likely occurrence. I am going to take some totem poles and play some cards at the wynn so I will probably be out of it the rest of the night. Happy fourth everyone.

I have very ltd experience of bi-polar (good friend's wife going through it) but from what limited I know, Vegas and gambling is the worst possible combo.

Your problem is easily solved by getting a GoPro camera. You can strap it to yourself and find out later what you did when you were blacked out. It can record 8+ hours with sound depending on which one you get, and you clearly have the funds for it. You'll also want to upload the videos to Youtube and link to them in this thread.

So I have a Tye Dye shirt with a cat staring at you, I have a cat leaping across Saturn, I have a cat shirt with a cat wearing a crown holding money between his paws saying everyday struggle, I have a cat in outer space staring at the stars, I have one with a bunch of cats wearing a bunch of sunglasses. So I am being real here has anyone been to Boyz II men show at mirage? I need a diversion here I am playing ****ty poker and half of this trip I can't even remember due to benzo blackouts. I think I am going to stick to just drinking because I am almost out of totem poles and it is like $6 a bar buying it illegally and it could be tainted anyway. Why do people keep making leaving Las Vegas references? I am still effed up from last night and I need to keep drinking or taking totem poles to avoid the withdrawals. I am so lucky I am in Vegas I probably would have already been arrested in most cities. I really would like to find a gal to go to boyz II men with me for a blast from the past

As far as who to invite to the show, post on the Vegas craigslist that you got 2 tickets and are looking for a lady to join you and ask whoever wants to join to send you the pics. Hottest one wins. Just do not bring too much cash on you when you do go to the concert.

I guess we will never hear about the B2M show.

I went to Boyz II men not long ago it was awesome. I met a woman off of POF and it was a lot of fun. The poker on the other hand well I have taken too many benzos and alcohol since I have been here. I have lost about 5k all together but am set up at a good extended stay hotel so I don't have to drive drunk. I basically don't even remember what I do most days and haven't slept in 3 days. I don't get on here much but I should get on more for posting helps distract me if not for just a little while. I literally can not remember a lot of this trip. Most of my time is spend at the extended stay sleeping off my benzo or alcohol benders. I really want to just go home but I don't see the point. I have been disciplined and only have drank one pint of vodka and that is just to hold the withdrawals back. I am playing at Bellagio and have one $193 so far today. I wish I wasn't so blitzed and could have played more at the wsop.

Well this has definitely been an educational experience. I pretty much did everything you aren't supposed to do in Vegas when you have a substance abuse problem. I fell asleep at the tables yesterday then fell out of my chair and got thrown out of the casino. I wasn't actually drunk this time just had a few too many Xanax. I was able to talk security into letting me walk out on my own instead of having metro called on me again. People are starting to remember me and not in a good way. I can play a pretty solid ABC game when sober when I am on something though that all goes out the damn window.
This trip I am down overall about $4200 I had a big tournament win and a good cash game session that helped me reclaim a lot of my losses. I was very disciplined for that day and only had 6 drinks the entire day. The cash games are pretty much going no where. So anyone playing at the V Tomorrow? I Want to play their regular noon tournament and I believe the DSE is over. soon it will be time to renew my month to month thing. I think I should stay one more month and see if I can keep staying disciplined. I have honestly been pretty disciplined for myself on this trip. Sad as it sounds I have been a lot worse before. The girl I met off of POF of course doesn't talk to me anymore due to my Xanax use. I really need to have a plan. I need to go back to playing downtown more where people don't know me as much. Regulars remember me at the V and Wynn cause I go there a lot. How is the Mirage for action? I will say in my defense at least I haven't drove drunk this entire trip.
