Mirage or Flamingo.

Mirage has better rooms and will be a little more expensive but the Flamingo has a great pool for a hotel that charges such a reasonable rate for their rooms.

I don't think PHs pool area is bad, but it's all concrete. So nothing "beautiful" out there, except for hot young drunk chicks, which PH has a lot of.

I've stayed at the Trop and Flamingo. Both are nice pools, but the Trop pool seems much less crowded and a little nicer overall.

Flamingo GO room is nicer than Trop room.

Flamingo location >>> Trop location

Even Imperial Palace has a decent amount of good looking, drunken girls at its pool..
