Prices differ for Lunch and dinner but they don't close it down in-between.so if you go a few mins before dinner you pay the lunch price.

ya......I think lunch is 11am to 3pm......I had read that if you showed up a little before 3pm you could pay the lunch price but you'd also get the dinner food that comes out at 3. I believe lunch price is $27.99 and dinner is $38.99.

The last time I had dinner at that buffet the price was $16, and I got a comp.

Bellagio was still $29.99 around 5 years ago. Also it was $36.99 until around 1-3 months ago so they just recently raised the prices again. But Caesars charges way more and Cosmo also charges more (and so does Wynn) so whatever.
Not that it really matters, but I think it was $30.99 for a while around 5-7 years ago? I only remember because I felt that price point was really weird just from the way it looked.
