So it's a win win for buyer and seller.

That's pretty much how it's done.
I can definitely vouch for KingBB, he came through for me hotel wise and is a solid guy in person as well. Now if he would only tell me how to win at slots...

When you receive comps do they take points away when you use them? ( TR points )

Also can you use your points at the end of your trip to knockdown your hotel bill the day you checkout?

No, you usually use an offer that you get or have a host book a room for you.

At MGM Resort properties you can use your Express Comps towards your bill.
