In appreciation for one of the more inspiring LVL trip reports, I have compiled Matt's original posts in this thread into a single document. I have received permission from Matt Moore, Mat Sklansky, and LVL Mod Pokeraddict to post this link in the thread.
I have edited the posts for spelling and punctuation. I have corrected some of the hand histories based on original errors. I have updated most of the external links.
Hope you enjoy. Comments welcome via PM or the email address listed in the document.
And 1100 downloads/views so far. Glad everyone is enjoying it. Maybe we will get a WSOP update this summer...
I honestly think you guys should edit it a bit - get a foreword / epilogue make it into an e-book and sell it on Amazon. It reads like a book and I enjoyed it way more than a lot of other poker related books.

I thought about proposing this. I happen to agree with you. I think a lot of the names would have to be changed. What if this content was supplemented with another 10-20 mini-chapters from the last few years...guaranteed best-seller! Only $2.99 ebook on Amazon! I'll let him know.

Yeah absolutely - I'd buy it in a heart beat and I am sure most people that read it would too! Imo it reads better than Matusow's "check raising the devil" and might provide a nice little passive income stream for you guys.

And it's not hard at all to quickly format a book for the Kindle store.

Id pay $2.99 for every time the guy posts an update. Such a talented writer
Guys....The kind words are inspiring, no doubt. I wish I had never stopped writing, but sometimes life gets in the way. With that being said, all the talk of turning this into an ebook has me back on the saddle. I've written two short stories, and plan on producing 5-8 more. Some of them will be about poker, some of them will not. Some of them will be recent escapades, while others will be stories of the past that did not seem appropriate at the time for sharing.
My master plan is to sell the entire journey as an ebook for somewhere around $10 and then donate every single penny to charity (I have a couple in mind). I play poker for a living, I write for pleasure. And that is not about to change.
I can't guarantee a timeline, as writing for me is NOT just like riding a bike. But I promise, that as of today, this is where my priorities lie.
looking forward to the book Matt. One of the most inspirational and well-written threads on 2+2. I have a lot of respect for your dedication to the game and approach to playing professionally.
