About to pull the trigger on a WSOP house rental

4 bedrooms - Five beds - ample living areas - pool table and a hot tub - few miles east of strip

Trying to decide if this is the right move. I'm not necessarily looking to make money on it but I'd like to rent out extra rooms to good people/players to cover costs. Don't want it to distract me from poker though so maybe I should just get a single place for less.

Any thoughts? Any advice? Anyone Interested?

With lack of responses I'm guessing this post is a little early for potential share.
Probably folks want to know more about you.
Are you strictly a live player who is just grinding and just crashing at the house?
What price/area/rent split are you considering?
age and lifestlye?

House full of poker-playing degenerates in Vegas for a month? If it wouldn't distract you to have them being drunk/high a lot, or bringing random hookers/strippers/skanks into the house, you're probably good. Otherwise, you're going to have to work to get roommates to your liking.

i would hazard a guess its because theyre not too connected in the poker-2p2 world whereas high volume posters already have lots of connections
