Hey guys, looking for a gym to go to in Vegas...

I am staying right near the bellagio, there is a gym across the street apparently called Top Rank Gym, its on business lane, anyone heard of it?

I know a bunch of the casinos have there own gyms but they are like $25/day to use.

top rank is a private gym for world class boxers.

Gold's Gym, 3750 E. Flamingo. Even Jay Cutler describes it as "hard core." Not far from your hotel, but you will need a car.

Without a doubt (can't believe nobody has mentioned it here) is the Las Vegas Athletic Center (LVAC). Makes 24hr look like a pullup bar. It's on Flamingo and the 215.. It's not expensive to join, and I think chicks work out there for free. It's pretty sick.

The one on Flamingo is horrible compared to the ones out in Summerlin. I didn't mention this earlier because OP wanted something close to the strip. LVAC is a really good value.

Not sure if this is a hijack, so if it is I apologize....but why the F do the hotels charge for use of the gym? That just blows me away....for the cost of my MONTHLY gym bill at home, I can work out for 2 hours at Ballys or IP, come on.

Random guess: They want money.

They charge because people will pay it.

Women do not work out at the LVAC, they had a promotion where women could join for free meaning that they would waive the initial signup fee. But no, they're not working out there for free. Also there are many LVAC's, some (like the one on Flamingo and 215(which is nowhere close to the strip by the way)) are very very nice, and some (like Flamingo and Sandhill) are pretty dumpy.

I got this mixed up. I meant that the one on Sahara is not that good.
