Did some shopping at a giant mall across the street. I'm not much of a shopper, but I lost my sunglasses before the trip and desperately need some here. And, although I would be fine wearing my crappy Netscape tshirt until it has holes in it, my office coworkers probably would prefer I buy a new shirt every once in a while. Plus I can spend some of my cash monies on it and short the IRS!

Apparently I got a marketing offer for this trip that includes $500 in food. I am not sure I can eat $200 in food at this place... the fancy places at Cosmo aren't really exciting me for some reason. Maybe I should eat sunscreen.

Meanwhile, I'll try this:

Finally booked a loss for the trip. -$200 at $2 vp. Hit two fill houses to quickly go up 150, but couldn't find a quad in the ensuing 10 minutes.

Tried to find DSBTO at Aria, but I must have missed them. Played 5/10 for two orbits. Three-barrel bluffed and got called with middle pair for my first -$1400 hand. Picked up AA in my straddle, UTG limps, folded around, I raise to 80, UTG ships $500 more. AA v AA for a tilting hand. Cash out -$1000 a few minutes later.

Back to my favorite pit of degeneracy, 10k into 25.5k in seven shoes of fun! Except when substitute dealer who'd been observing from one table over started insinuating that the lights at our table were "better for counting." I feigned ignorance, split 4s versus a dealer A, and proceeded to passive-aggressive needle her for the reminder of her down.

Actually, I'm kind of a pizza nit. Like, I make my own dough and rest it 3 days, I make the bufalo mozz, I have a pizza oven, etc. I haven't found a comparable place in LV, but I haven't tried. I do think it's good, but not spectacular. And it's nice that it's open so late.

I worked at a pizza joint in college. Holy crap, your own pizza oven? A full sized one, or does someone make a residential sized one? It must be a pain to heat that bugger up just for one pizza.

And yes, I made the best pizza I've ever had before or since.
