3/5-3/9 degen stuck in vegas for work

little background- 30 year old degen in software industry. wife banned me from Vegas but work keeps making me go back.
By me creating this TR I hope to not be a complete degen and make myself look like an idiot on another work trip. Goal 1. degen on my time and not during work hours
This is my 8th? trip to Vegas. Staying at the Encore comped in one of their king suites. My last trip was in Oct 2016 and I lost ~10k in 4 days at this beautiful establishment. On this trip my wife sees me get scooped on a 3 way split 8's hand of BJ and realizes how much of a degen i am when 3k worth of chips ends up in the dealers rack. I don't even notice her behind me as I book it to the cashier to do another cash advance. This trip did not go well.
My work conference is at the Wynn so this makes it a pretty convenient stay. I really like the wynn/encore for poker ,food, and the rooms but man have I run bad here in the past so I may spead the gambling $ around. The BR for this trip is around 4k with little to no options for more. She snagged most of my credit cards as I was packing. I fly in tomorrow and land around 4 and don't have anything for work until Monday at 5 and then 2 full days of work appointments. I'm sure I will get some solid food pron pics as we will be taking potential clients out for some pricey meals. I plan to play a bunch of poker at the wynn and maybe some of the smaller rooms if I make it outside.

ok. so I finally got some sleep and I feel human again.
Saturday night I was in NYC with some friends and managed to stay up until like 5 am and then 'sleep' until 7am as I was leaving for LV Sunday and I had the itch. The flight yesterday as I said was miserable. I've flown 50+ time and this was by far the worst 30 minute landing I've ever experienced.
Pulp Fiction and Titos and Sprite before I managed to yak almost of it up.
I finally land and make my way to pick up my bag. I never check a bag but this trip required a few suits and I didn't want to squeeze them into a carry on. 35 minutes and the last bag out I see Mr Black Samsonite that looks just like the other hundred bags I mistook for mine. I hop in a Taxi (0 line) and hope this means I'm due for some run good. I check into my room at the Encore
Nice view, big room, and comped- cant complain here.
At this point its about 7ish Vegas time and I really should just get some food, rest, and hang out. Yeah right. I first blast off my $500 slot dollars within 20 minutes and manage a return of like 150 bucks. I then sit the 1/3 game at the Wynn but man its BAD for a Sunday afternoon. I buy in for 400 and leave with close to 700 as I head to the 2/5 game.

The 2/5 game is REALLY good, lots of big multiway flops pre, not a ton of 3b/4b's and just generally weak players. I was shot at this point and running on fumes. I managed to play for about 6 hours and grow my stack into this. I do not take notes on my phone about hands, I have thought about it as I'm sure it would make for a better TR but there was zero shot of this happening last night.

so now my roll is well over 5k with all the messing around I did on slots and BJ on some poker breaks. The normal thing to do would be to go to bed, get rest, eat, and be somewhat presentable by 5pm tomorrow for work. Nope. I decided to put 4k in the safe and try and run up 1300 I had on my as this was my fun roll for playing poker well being so tired. This is were the pictures stop. I proceeded to get insanely drunk and I still really havent eaten a meal since lunch on Saturday. Go back to my room 7-8 times and take another $500 out of the safe every time I went busto. I finally called it quits around 4:45am and looked in the mirror as I was taking a piss and realized I looked like a zombie.
I pass out and my phone starts going off like crazy around 7:45 as its my boss all panicked about some BS. I give a somewhat coherent answer but can't manage to go back to sleep. I take a hot ass shower, and go grab some breakfast at Jardin in the Encore. Food was good but very overpriced for what it was. No pics phone was dead. Head back to the room and I just woke up 15 mins ago. I feel OK. Mentally draining, almost gambled out. Never have a had a cold run like that on slots. I must have blasted off 3k betting $3-5 a spin and never getting a solid bonus.
so whats the plan for me now? I have ~1300ish left, 2 1/2 days of work stuff, and some motivation to win back my money. 2+2 i need this.
