I was refered to Devon through one of my trusted friends that had staked Devon successfully. I was unaware of his past or how big of a scumbag he is, as was my friend. I don't know the appropriate place for skype logs so I'm just going to post them here. Mods feel free to do what you want with it. Devon blew through an initial roll of 300 in one session. He is a complete degen, he never once thought of moving down. I decided to give him another shot at it and gave him 100 for one set of 11 fos and under. He went on to get 3rd in a 3r and decided to move up to 11rs after I went to bed and was out of sight which was obviously out of our terms and he was well aware of it.

He wanted to keep playing at 4nl with what was left, no remorse. All he said after is sorry for wasting your time (while he dumped 400~ euro at least in a couple min of hu above his stake)

Define your definition of dumping i was on tilt and i am still sorry for that but saying stuff like "when i asked him to move the roll back he kept playing" is unrealistic and untrue and you know that because at the min you asked me i returned the rest of the bankroll. I can even provide Skype chat( i don't wanna do it atm because it's private , but i hate when somebody is lying.)

Second of all his partner contacted me on 12 this month and asked me about what happened and i agreed to return the money which lost during this 50NL Hu match simply because it was my fault. So they we're going to be +200E from our staking deal... But guess what now they will be just breakeven i cannot still belive that the "respected" guys will post stuff like that....

We staked him for a while. He lost on the tables, but thats not the problem.

we gave him loans as he played for us so he could pay bills. we gave him about 9k in loans over the course of his staking with us. I told him after we kept loaning money this was all just a loan, and we were putting it on MU so he could pay it back that way, but if he didnt clear MU he needs to pay the loans back. He agreed We dropped him a few months later and now he is refusing to pay back the loans that we gave to him. at first he said he would, but now he flat out refuses to pay anything.


He says the following in a skype convo after we hammered out all the details. (he didnt want to be sold to another backer, so said he would buy out of the MU for 15%)
"k, i dont see how else im gonna handle this on my end without going as u stated previously and i do think its fair.. so will proceed with getting 2k still for bills this month and oweing the 8800 back for loans and 15% makeup"

Have skype convo's for interested parties.

Whilst i've not been grimmed or out of pocket wasn't particularly happy with the way 3x Range Merger (http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/members/276953/) handled himself.

I posted up a request for staking on wednesday for stars half price sunday, within a couple of hours he reserved all 50% and said he would ship saturday.

Was still online grinding when saturday turned into sunday and still no monies in my account so i checked the thread and pm's and hadn't heard anything, i had a look when he was last on and noticed he was on saturday afternoon reserving and then pulling out of another deal because of "stars transfer problems" I pm'd him and cpl hours later he confirmed he wasnt able to ship sorry.

Cue a mad rush from me the this morning reselling thanks v****ch to 'ElRupert' and my twitter friends sold out again pretty sharpish.

One to watch out for.

My partner and I staked Adam starting in the beginning of June. At the time, he was a loser at the HU hypers, but was a winner at a different type of HU game so we signed him on. He got coached by my partner and his game improved tremendously-he went from a huge loser to someone who could actually beat the game, thanks specifically to said partner.

During contract negotiations, we told him that we wanted him to lock him up for a longer period and not let him be free to leave due to the coaching that was added to the deal. Originally we were looking to go for 6 months, but he said it was too long and wanted to go for 3 months. We were fine with that and we signed the deal. Under no way did we force him to sign said deal.

As part of the deal, there was a buy out clause stating that for every month that he did not play under the contract, there would be a $300 buyout. He didn't last two weeks due to the following dispute:

When we originally started the stake, we started him off at the 7s with the intention of moving him up when we felt like he was ready. That was cut and dry-we weren't going to keep him at the 7s for the duration of the contract.

He played 2200 games between the first of june and the 10th. He made a comment about how he wanted to chop the money at the end of this session (roughly 4-500 games more than likely) because he was figuring that he was going to be getting moved to the 15s (we typically do profit splits on the 15th/30th). This was not the case. We told him for two weeks or so that we'd reevaluate his game 3K games, and that would be when he could bring it up. My partner was actually going to be fine looking at it after that session (the decision was all his), but I was not going to commit to anything-I do not make the decision when it comes to HU games. I don't know enough about the game, so, naturally, I will not commit to anything.

Adam flipped ****, saying that we were treating him unfairly, and that we were being greedy-that we were waiting for him to earn ourselves enough profits to move him up solely based on said profits. That was not the case.

After this, he said he found a new backer and was leaving us. He has yet to pay the $900, and is ignoring both of our skype messages while still being able to put in volume and post on 2+2. He also sent me this message the last time we talked:

As an observer taking an unbiased position i can conclude this from what i have read: Ziduart clearly has an agreement that has been on going for some time with his partner. The fact that the money is there on time is irrelevant as he can always deduct the funds from the money owed to his partner or bank it for future play.

It truly looks to me that Ziduart is trying to get out of this by not paying. I will guarantee you that if he had not placed, he would have come demanding that money from his partner.

I staked him to play NL100 and NL200 on the site True Poker starting 5/5/2012. 3 days into the stake I found out that his results being sent to us were completely fabricated and he had tried to w/d $700 of the stake's money (he was down $ the entire time).

I confronted him with the information and he admitted to it all. We agreed he would pay us back $1,200 (half of the losses) in 4 payments every 2 weeks starting June 8th. The first payment was missed and I'm posting this accordingly. I've already informed him that if he misses the 2nd payment that I will be creating a site similar to www.nickraineyisathief.com.

In Jorge's defense, he's been forthcoming ever since we confronted him and I actually spoke to him today in regards to missing the first payment. He informed me that he does not have the money at the moment but has not forgot about his debt to us and that he's working hard to get it repaid (he got a job).

I have all of our contracts, email and text message conversations, his address, birthdate, emails and cell phone number saved if anyone needs access to them.

I staked him to play midstakes MTT's on Blackchip and True Poker starting 4/28.


-May 1st Alex attempted to w/d $900 from True Poker. At this point into the stake he was 24 hours in and were nowhere near time to profit split in our stake.
-May 1st he transferred $50 to the player "xtortionit" on BCP. This is a friend of his and he had no business transferring him $.
-Between the dates of April 30th and May 1st he lost a combined $640 in the Blackchip casino playing casino games. At that point he self restricted himself from playing casino games.
-Since May 2nd his account on Blackchip has essentially been inactive. His spreadsheet on the other hand displays approximately 135 tournaments that were played. This of course was all completely fake.
-May 14th he attempted to withdraw $500 from True Poker but later called in to cancel the withdraw request. Again, he had no profits to w/d at this time.
-Since his True Poker account has been in existence he lost $928 playing PLO on the site. His stake was strictly for MTTs only. When I confronted him about playing PLO cash games on the site he explained that he had deposited the money himself and it wouldn't happen again. We confirmed that a deposit to this account was never made. He was losing our $ on the stake and again lying to us about it.
-He lost $315 on Bovada as well which he had lied to us and told us his account was at $1,400. It's unknown how exactly he lost the $ on Bovada.


In total $1,933 was stolen from me. We came up with a payment plan of $483 every 2 weeks starting on June 15th.

He has missed the first payment and I'm posting this accordingly. Going along w/ the terms of his repayment plan I will be creating a website similar to www.nickraineyisathief.com if he misses the next payment due on June 30th, 2012.



The amount of lying and forgery that went into this scam of Alex's is like nothing I've ever seen before. Even his apologies after the fact were filled with excuses and half-hearted at best. It's in my opinion that Alex has a severe gambling problem that he can not control. I would stay very far away of doing any sort of business with him.

I have all of our contracts, emails, his cell phone number, skype ID, facebook profile, and a link to his dad's company. I've also reached out to his dad to alert him of the situation since they share the same name.
