and joined here just yesterday or too soon? Just a little confused exactly where I can't post and where I can. Thanks

I sold a package for the micro millions, a plater I don't know on here booked 20%. They then said they were away all week but back Saturday, the day before it ends. As it was my first package sold, I wrongly it seems said he could pay Saturday, which was agreed.

So yesterday no payment, no contact and now I'm not sure what to do.

Any advice would be appreciated thanks.

I'm new to this kind of stuff but if you guys agree to something and one doesn't come through on their end, especially no contact/updates that's a bad trade and would require leaving neg. feedback. not entirely sure how much, if any grace period days are given before neg. feedback is required.

Yes you can post in threads to buy shares. You just can't start threads in the marketplace until you're approved (which requires a minimum of 6 months).

Post in negative feedback probably.

In the future don't take reservations and require money for shares prior to event starting.

There was a thread in the marketplace a long time ago about a guy who was hiring poker players and paying them something ridic high (like $90/hr iirc) but the payment was deferred for like 18 months or something and contingent on the success of the business. Anybody know how that thing ultimately turned out?

Scammers and sellers will contact you.

Tell them to post an identifying word or whatever right in their Marketplace thread. If they can not you are being set up.

Give the other posters and the mods some time to see your post and think about the issue.

I agree that it is problematic if one seller has to many open packages at the same time. One of the problems is that other packages are getting bumped of the first page. Whether his packages are a good buy or not seems irrelevant.

But your threat to clutter up the forum yourself seems a little rushed. It has been less than 4 hours.

Haha yeh agreed. I know someone who reported him 6 months ago and nothing was done tho. Plus after I made that first post above he opend 3 or 4 more new threads, which is extra tilting.

For anyone not used to the MP it looks like the Griff personal forum, and others may post sparingly if they must. As well as bumping everyone else off the front page constantly.

If I remember correctly, he was asked to tune it down a few months ago and did so for some time.

Just give the mods another day or two to see your post and report your post if they don't react at all (saying all is fine is a reaction).

Remember the MP-mods are busy. Six edits alone for Giff in the past few hours (1 closed, 2 sold-out, 3 cancelled)

And to Giffordian (If you are reading this): Get a feel for what sells and what doesn't.

Dont see why he cant merge the packages for the week and post at the beginning of each week in one thread tho.

Banging them out on the fly separately, and even having separate threads for games in the same session is stupid for all but him. As he gets to totally monopolise the most visited page of the forum, bumping other players out, and annoy potential customers.
