Back in the day, codes were okay. NOW, you want the actual gift card emailed to you. You don't have to give them your actual Amazon email address, you can apply the code to any Amazon account.
I am an Amazon prime member. What you want are the actual digital card emailed to you. You give them an email address, they buy a gift card, and the card itself is emailed. I do this alot if I have extra funds from my cash back cards to apply to Amazon.
Actual digital purchases of the cards Can be tracked via Customer Support, because they would have a transaction ID, and track time etc.
In the p2p thread, monkeypox often (I THINK that's the name but monkey comes up alot), prefaces the trade with actual digital card. Its these cards (if you are an Amazon member, and have used then before), that SHOULD be easy to recognize fakes, and DEFINITELY specify send first - plus time to verify. Suggest be on PC to verify links, etc.
