Marketplace Questions, Random Stuff - NOT FOR BUYING/SELLING - Page 27 - Selling Shares

I thought I just heard (on the 2+2 pokercast, no less) that I could pay in the 2+2 store with Neteller for books etc. That would be great, as I thought I could only use my Neteller funds for gambling.

When I went to the 2+2 store, I could find no such option.

Did I dream all this or can I actually pay with Neteller for some poker books here? If so, how do I do?

Sorry if this is not the correct forum for asking this, couldn't find a better fit

I understand should be discussed ahead of time but if horse sells half action at .20 mu and horse cashes for 100 k. Is investor responsible for paying taxes on his 50 k share of money or is it all horses responsibility, I understand should be discussed prior but both USA and no discussions prior. Could it ever be 100 percent horses obligation to pay taxes on full 100 k is there a way to let casino issue investor portion dire fly to investor so individual 1099's. Thanks for input.

Question regarding selling stuff for other people.

My friends has a GSOP package he wishes to sell, he offcourse has no account on 2+2. The problem here is that 50% of the package is actually mine, but he would be handling the sell (because it was won on his account). Is it ok for me to post the sale or is a big nono?

Well ok, so i circumvent this by handling the sale myself. I hope that is ok. All dealing is with me the whole way and i also have the ticket code now after he transfered it to me.

I'm sure you are levelling us.

If you start selling shares for an event that you yourself are not playing you likely won't be around too long.

Who here wants to invest in a third party who isn't even posting on 2+2?
The rules have been refined over the years to make for safe investing.

is there a reason we can't accept paypal for giftcards? i totally understand the reasoning behind not being able to fund your poker account with paypal transfers. yet people seem to be accepting paypal as payment for other items, just wasn't sure why gift cards fall into that category.
