hire a web developer that actually has some real experience in web design, not one that has any poker relations even. Find a second developer that can be trusted to comment on the first to make sure you're not getting pocketed by an amateur.
Whoever designed this site is an amateur and has no sense of design or concept when it comes to web development, no matter how good he or she may be at programming/coding/media applications etc. You may have to hire multiple people or better yet a team.
my point being, is your site looks awful, and any designer or developer (myself included) can tell that this is just an amateur taking you for a couple bucks.
I dont mean to be critical, because most poker sites are just as bad if not worse (I wont name any but honestly, they're everywhere) but something really has to be done about how awful and unprofessional poker sites look. There is no reason why people in the poker business can't find a professional web developer and pay top $$ for a real, professional, interactive site that doesn't look like it was made in the 90's for IE4.
please take this into consideration, how you look does truly matter, even if some don't realize how crude and unprofessional your site really looks. online poker needs an aesthetic overhaul
