Where is the justification for not refunding every penny spent on coaching regardless of payment/session plans? I don't get it. Customers being naive or gullible is not a good excuse.

Why wouldn't you just pay these guys back for every penny they dropped on coaching and throw the law at this Jason Ho character? There has to be a way for you to go after him. He committed fraud from within your company. Yes, he is already bankrupt but this sob deserves to have the book thrown at him. One way or another you'll get your money back.

I don't understand how this wasn't an obvious solution from the beginning. As it stands now, he basically got away with it & you're pitching the "partial" bill. Why would you do this to your customers and then yourselves?

Fyi, this is a true story from MY personal experience, i only talked to him on MSN to see what he was doin nowadays, he had no idea it was me, trust me i still hate him with a passion for doin what he did to me, what i meant by nobody listened is because the Admins at the time were absolutely hopeless, they never did a thing never replied to anybodys support tickets.

Just because i had a dispute with another leader called "TheGrimReaper" about how i didnt get the Plate i was promised from a god on the game called Zertan, he told jason, the next day i wake up with everything gone.

Re: Where did the Jason Ho thread get moved to?

I would question how much stox should be held accountable for Jason's private lessons and coaching camps etc.

Say an English teacher picks up some private lessons because of his reputation at the school he works. If he then performs poorly in these lessons for whatever reason, you cannot hold the school accountable.

It really depends how much stox promoted the private coaching from their site. From my understanding their core business is producing video content. Jasons were generally ranked in the high 4.x out of 5, so it would seem everyone was pretty happy with the job he was doing there.

He was also only promoted as a low stakes coach. So if you went after stox you would have to show that his advice was abysmal for these games. This would be hard to prove (quite a few were happy with his coaching as well from my understanding.)

I don't see why that should be hard to believe. Buying and selling items/gold for mmorpgs is very common.

Haha well... The market on this game is most likely 1 of the biggest out of the MMORPG scene, Its a black market, you buy points on the game 100 points = $5, there are now 6 servers, Sigil(Original),Torax, Fabar, Zimbob, Rancid, Quiver. I had a top 10 character on every server before i quit 1 year ago.

Anyways i was Leader of the best crew on Rancid + Zimbob, so i was in a good spot lol, i had access to the vault, could take any item i liked, our vault on Rancid had around $10,000 worth of items in it, for instance when Jason Ho stole my items, my blade which was called the (Keen Edge Blade) was worth 13,500 points which was worth about $700, i made around $9,500 in 5 years playing this game from selling items/accounts, when he stole my items the rarity, item value and the want for items was at its peak!!!

Back near the start i spent $50 got a high lvl account on Sigil, did it up for 2months and sold it for $800, i could ramble on about Outwar for days haha but ill leave it at that, Jason Ho is a Crook!
