Hey guys.

US based player. Primarily a live player the past few years, but currently putting in a lot of time at 100/200/400NL online.

I'm taking lessons as well to fully grasp online play, and cruising through a lot of videos on multiple training sites.

Looking for a group focused on 6max play (okay with FR too as it translates back to my live game). I would prefer one with a dedicated forum, but skype groups are fine too.

I see a lot of posts above here with people desiring the same thing. I'm not overly worried about what stakes a player/group is at as long as they are dedicated to learning and helping others, not trolling. If I, or the other above, haven't heard from a group yet, I would be willing to start one if someone else was willing to coordinate the efforts of moderating with me.

18 yr old living in NYC. Started learning/playing about 1.5/2 months ago. Playing sng's and 6NL, hoping to be moving up in the next few months as I'm beating the games pretty well. I'm having a bit of trouble finding players to review hands and games with me. Currently playing 7$ Hypers on Stars but I've been playing other games as a pro for quite a while.

I guess my situation is unique here.


I have been playing the game overall for more than 10 years on and off. Both live tournaments and cash games as well as online. I had gaps in between from going bust or just giving up. I was never really serious about it though. I never really used all my resources to learn the game. I am unemployed with all the time in the world to play online. I am dedicated to learning now and grinding my bankroll up. My problem is from playing so long casually I guess I have gotten into some bad habits.

I have some insight to offer as well. I am looking for a buddy or buddies to talk poker with. Preferably someone with a strong sold foundation. I believe that type of player could help me most.

I mainly play micro cash games, MTTs and SNGs on WSOP.com. Located in Reno Nevada. It would be cool to meet someone local but it is not a must.
