I have been playing between 25NL to 100NL zoom and logged around 500k hands in that time with an overall win rate of about 2.5bb/100.

My mental game is bad, and with my A game being rare and hitting a plateau, I think its time to take a new step.

So as far as i can see. I have three options:

1. Join a skype group
2. Buy a full video package from a pro
3. Get coaching

I am looking for advice to see which is the best option for me. Also if i decide to get coaching, who would you advise going with?

books that may help - Elements of Poker, and Mental Game of Poker Vol 1-2

1) joining poker Skype groups is always good but there are only as useful as the people you get into your group

2) not sure what this means

3) sadly the most reputable MG coaches are quite expensive (Tommy Angelo, and Jared Tendler)

if you are beating 100NL zoom for 2.5bb with "bad mental game" working on your mental game should be your #1 priority
