your WTSD is to low. Too big of gap between VPIP and PFR. You only 3-bet premiums. Agg is fine.

Find more spots to 3-bet bluff (if even possible at 5NL) Play tighter.. I suggest a 15/13/3 type game or tighter at 5NL. Play tight from early position and open up near the button.

i only play 6 man 5nl, 3bet is not that easy out there as i seem to get called most of the time

dont 3bet the loose players then, better do it on 15/15 types

Well you have a vpip of less than 1%. You need to loosen up some, it's not necessary to play this tight, even at the micros.

Adjust to your opponents. Know your stats, so you know what adjustments they are making against you.
