Club Listening to Music while playing increases performance?

Hey fellow 2p2ers, I've been recently cranking up Pandora on my last few grinding sessions, and tbh I think it has helping me play better. Not only do I keep my focus longer (which was a big problem for me I guess because I got bored?) but like I'll feel inspirated and try to play my best whenever a good song comes on haha

I'd love to hear your thoughts regarding this! Pros and cons of listenting to music while playing?

Edit: Hopefully this is the right section for this thread....

I couldn't play without music, that would be way too boring.

Most definitely! Music effects your brain function quite a bit, do some googling if you're bored it's itneresting.

Also clicking buttons w/o music is no fun, though I do think a bit more about my hands w/o it sometimes

Listening to music has been helping for me too, any down sides? Like do you think you play worse when you DON'T listen to it?

Depends on what kind of music you listen to
In my case I listen a lot of extreme metal bands like Zyklon, Gorgoroth, Watain, Emperor, etc. And i think that makes me play a little more agressive at times.

I did my first post

Try listenig to music for a week and see if it does make a difference. It helps me block everything else out and just focus on the action.

i've been listening to music for a long long while now whilst playing....cant imagine playing in silence, think tht would have an adverse effect on my game due to boredom setting in!
