hello my name is tom,
I have been playing poker for 4-5 years and I can say I beat the stakes I play from 5NL up to 25NL I however rarely play that "high".
I have been playing off and on (more not then yes) in those 4-5 years.

Januari and februari this year I have been playing allot on unibet (a platform that does not allow hud or hotkeys) to grind out a bankroll to play on zoom 10NL+ on stars.
I am really happy with the money I made on unibet and the volume I got through at the site in the first 2 months of the year.
I am now at the second stage of my goal for 2017 that is grinding 10/25NL zoom.

I have not been grinding poker on pokerstars/partypoker seriously for over a year i think. Ever since they removed deepstacked 250bb games on stars.
I used to grind those games with allot of joy, playing 8-18 tables without much effort like 5+ hours a day.

Coming back to stars/party after this long I find myself not being able to grind more then 2 zoom tables I have been feeling out peoples skill level and the general meta on 5NL through 1 table mainly constructing my HUD and general gameplan.

So i'm pretty much playing 5NL fastforward right now on just 1 table and when I open more tables I find myself staring at my HUD not processing any information to continue playing my A game. My hud however I put in some work to make it easy to read, a real piece of eyecandy tbh.
I couldn't imagine a better hud & popup for my skill level / awareness.

I'm just not getting on my grind playing 4 tables of zoom for atleast 5 hours a day. I don't know if not being able to grind is related to unhealthy lifestyle, muscle memory, bad sleep, no motivation, etc..

Did anyone experience moments like this when you feel like you are depleted of energy and unable to grind a decent volume/ grind at all.
Would like to hear some feedback on this.
