Full Tilt Poker Academy?

At the final table I believe all 3 FTP sponsored players were wearing this badge but when you google it nothing really comes up. It does say that Jeremiah Smith is the producer and I recall a while back that they were doing some videos ala cardrunners but with a different twist.

I thought they dropped it once they started their relationship with cardrunners. From what I understand it wasn't really a competitor to paid sites, more of a commercial type thing for the interweb.

Anyone got any info?

2 good players pass money back and forth. Good player vs bad player, money goes one way and there is less rake paid in the process.

I can't wait until people are throwing stacks around trying to accomplish the tasks.

This could be amusing. I can't imagine that there's much if any beneficial content in there. Nice way to attract randoms I guess by making them sign up with a ftp account.

And you base this assinine assumption on what? Funny the button I see on the right says:"Already have an FTP account? click here." Hmmm.

Better play is good for them; and the more players they send to tourneys, the more exposure they get. Of course they could send more players to the WSOP if they stopped allowing players to have multiple WSOP sat wins.

After looking at the "Dean's Tour," it's clear this will also help to bring in newbies who may not be able to hang with the FTP crowd.

Do I get credit for my "Poker in Athens" gear?

Sweet! I went straight to "Gold" level.

This has been in the works for quite some time now. Good to see it launch.
